Employeer change after MPNP approval

Hi

I already got my MPNP approval under high skilled worker category and will apply for my PR on this month. I am currently working in WInnipeg since last 14 months in a job which is relatd to my study. If I have better opportunity in the same field I am working is there any restriction to change the employer? Is there any restriction to move in one year full time contractual job?

Any information on this will be highly appreciated.
