Eligibility status was completed but then changed to In Progess

My biometrics, medical exam and eligibility was COMPLETED. Background verification was IN PROCESS. Then my Eligibility changed from COMPLETE to IN PROGRESS…

what does this mean? Why would something be COMPLETE back track to IN PROGRESS ? Does this mean that I am getting Declined? Is this bad news? Does anyone have similar issues? Am I basically waiting for decline? Please help guys!

Chill. No-one has yet determined what these changes mean, precisely. Probably it means moved from one desk to another and that's probably a good thing. In other words 'something happened but we don't know what.'
