I called CIC call center. They told me that my eligibility passed on June 20. My criminality is in progress and my security check hasn't started yet. However, based on the GSKEY account, I am in IP already. I do not know the exact date of IP. The first time I noticed IP 2 was on Aug 8th.
Is it normal that criminality check last for so long? PPL are saying IP2 = criminality, medical and eligibility passed. Why am I in IP2, but still in the progress of criminality check?
