Mine hasn't either.

Calling CIC results in the usual range of "call back in x days" to "just be patient it could take six months or more" to "we can't even check this stuff we can't do anything why are you calling us."

To paraphrase somewhat.

Frankly I'm far more worried about getting cancelled than having to wait, these days.

Yup that's if u get to a agent I get the automated thing and tried 2x a day for last week quite honestly I'll rather get cancelled now and restart than wait 8 more weeks and still get nothing last year I waited 19 weeks just to hear I missed the cap by a day and need to do EE ........I requested my case notes they say 30 days so let's see

I think we can email syney intake office.
I missed a page of my document, so called CIC.
CIC person told me that my application is in sydney in take office and to email CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry@cic.gc.ca
I am not sure if they add my new document or cancel my applicaiton.
Either way I do not care.

Thing is for me though, I was made redundant last week and my points without that extra 600 points are very low...

So if I'm cancelled I'm in a really difficult place.

Especially considering I really want to become self employed now.

I notified CIC when I was laid off, haven't heard anything back yet.

I can understand why you guys might welcome a cancellation but for me it's a terrifying prospect.

I totally understand your situation and your point.
For my case, I missed a document which is very important. And my medical has expired already.
Since I still have valid visa issued under lmo, I think it is better for me to got cancelled and re-do it.

Yikes yip that would be bad see your point hope for the best for you. As for me I still have lmo and all my docks still good just can not comprehend what possibly can take this much time ......looks like ozzy is in same boat ........that's why I spent the $5 and requested my case notes need to know where hold up is

Let me guess correction draw candidate on 20th Feb you got fsw and they changed it??? Mine same I know few people from that draw is drawing a blank ....pardon the pun but no other way to say that draw is a mess no movement

Yes you're correct.....

It's been almost a year since I started trying to get a PR application processed (starting with an AINP nomination application last June, then a failed CEC application which was returned in January as the cap was met) - I seem to have been really unlucky with the whole process. But from what I read I don't think I'm alone!

Feels like more than a coincidence that so many of us who were wrongly added to FSW then changed to CEC are still frozen in time.
