Hi,

Need help,

My current NOC is 2171 which is there in the demand list of SINP. I have total of 5 yrs of experience but with different NOCs and other two NOCs not there in the demand list. But my present NOC 2171 with 1.6 yrs of experience is there. So the question is can i claim full 5 yrs of work experience points or 1.6 yrs.

Please advice.

That will be 1.6 years .Thanks

Hi guys

I have worked with small companies which are not well known and they don't have website. Is there any effect on Nomination when verification happens?

That doesn't matter unless you have the responsibilities matching appropriate
NOC .good luck

it seems they took the lowest balance as reference.
btw, which email did you send your query to? is it in the email stated in the correspondence ?

Questions on the POF and the minimum balance requirements.

What happens if the balance at the beginning of the period is below the minimum requirements say by less than CAD 100, however over the end of each month (Months 1, 2 and 3) are in excess of the minimum requirements? This would be considering that only deposits were made and no money was spent from the account for the 3 month period.

Would the Visa Office consider the lowest balance i.e. the start of the period, for their evaluation?

To make it clearer the difference of CAD100 i am referring to is the Actual Requirement minus the Available Balance i.e. Amount short

Hi sinp Kathmandu,

Thanks for your prompt reply. I have just 2 followup queries.
1) While applying next time shall I answer "Yes" for the question "Have you previously submitted a provincial or federal Canadian immigration application?" in "Step 14 Applicant Details-Final Page". If that is the case, where shall I mention the previous application number?
2) If I get a letter from province for choosing one of the application, how can I withdraw one of the applications? Is it by replying their email or from Oasis portal?

Thanks in advance.

The answer should be Yes.and the rest of the things
you ll get direction from the oasis itself.

I was modifying my EE application and I put "Yes" as answer of question "Have you previously submitted a provincial or federal Canadian immigration application?" of step 14 in first set of application. But I am not able to find any provision of providing details of my previous application in Oasis. From some older posts from 2015, I came to know that there were combo box to choose previous applied program, application number, date of application, status etc.
In my case I am not getting those options anywhere in Oasis even if I choose Yes. Need a little help here.

Secondly, will it impact negatively if I apply for SINP EE after applying for OID?

Hi,

Does SINP calls banks to verify bank statements? Has anyone experienced this?

I doubt any bank would entertain calls enquiring on the status of their customers balances, as these details are restricted between the bank and its customer. There could be exceptions, say for instance, if the customer is under investigation (law) by a law enforcement agency, but I doubt SINP would be considered as such.

you may have to mention your application number in the forms
like Generic application /Express Entry etc and it will be dealt accordingly.Later
while it has to be processed ahead you have to choose one .

It doesnt have negative impact on your application doing so.
There are so many applicants who does so.becuase, noone
wants to miss the current intake.thanks
