Hi All,

need an advise. I have experience in 2171 and 2172. what is the recommended noc out of these 2 ? as I see lot of 2171 applications, will applying for 2172 help?

I see that app minimum criteria was met with 336 points. also which provinces are offering pnp for nocs 2171 and 2172?

currently there are no limit to any NOC .. so you should go with one which gets you more points ie the one in which you have more experience ..

while you are playing safely to go for 2172, I would suggest to go with 2171 as 2171 is definitely more in demand as well...

I am not sure about the PNP .. most of the provinces are yet to release their list of preferred NOCs.. I know Saskatchewan definitely wants 2171 and they would release their pnp program sometime in 2015...

Hi,

when you open the link provided in the PDF.. there would be two options for you ..

chose the option on top (not the job seeker account).. there would be 4 steps to complete .. on step number 3, there would be a link on right top which would ask if you are EE applicant .. click that and provide your EE number and job verification code..

complete all the steps and check your EE profile.. it should say ACCEPTED against job bank registration ..

these are all the steps for now ..

everyone is waiting for further information regarding job bank and how to create your profile where you can define your work experience, preferred provinces..e tc

Hi,

The certificate number in WES certificate and reference number are same? I mean I dont have a copy of wes report, but when they finished their evaluvation hey send me one refernce code through which I can check the evaluation online. In that I didnt find any certificate number as such. So My question is can I use this refernce number as certificate number. Please advise

can't say, though then most probably after the regular ref#, on actual report, there is a post fix /something

But, I guess one can submit with the regular ref# as well, should not be an issue but not sure!! At best, one can submit basis online result and regular ref# and update ref# as on actual report once received!!

Also I had made changes to my profile (education history) last night, but neither my points have updated and nor my Submitted date/time has been updated on the welcome page grid!! It still shows the date/time when I had initially submitted my profile for the first time!!

Any idea? After I had re-submitted my profile yesterday, on clicking Exit Questionnaire on the Congratulation... page, when it got re-directed to the welcome page, in the grid it was showing Update In Progress in the cell where Submitted is shown, and the last cell where View submitted .. and Withdraw options are there, was empty.

But today again when I loged in, it shows those options back, and submitted written but the date/time is the original 1st submission ones!! & points are still the old one!! Though updates are reflected inside the profile!!

Any idea, does it take time for the points and the date/time to get updated!! & how long, I checked all most 16 hrs later today!!

I have given fund as 18500. I have proof for some 15975 as I used this for fsw application 2014. Is it OK if I take the proof for rest of amount later(like investing the fund in bank and take receipt) or should I have it handy now itself?

Step 1:
Go to link below to access COME TO CANADA tool
http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp

Step 2:
Put all the details of your application to check your eligibility

Step 3:
If you are eligible, then a Personal Reference Code will be generated which will look something like this: QK4350881372.

Step 4:
Record your personal reference code as it is going to be used again later on

Step 5:
Register / log in to submit your online profile. To apply online, you will need an electronic "key" for secure access.
Register to get a key if you are a new user. Register here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/mycic.asp
Login to your account if you are a returning user. Login here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/mycic.asp

Step 6:
When you are logged in to your electronic credential (known as your key), you'll be automatically directed to CIC's online services called MyCIC. You will be prompted to register for an account if you are a first time user. Returning users will be directed straight to their account.
Once you are logged into MyCIC, then select "Express Entry" to continue

Step 7:
Enter your personal reference code. After you select "Express Entry", you will be asked to enter your personal reference code. A personal reference code is located at the top of this page and looks like this: QK4350881372.

Step 8:
Once you have entered your personal reference code, you will be guided through the following steps to complete your profile:
Complete the Express Entry Profile Builder
Review your profile
Submit your profile

Step 9:

when you relogin .. at the bottom of the page there is a link to "CHECK STATUS AND MESSAGE".. click on that ..

next page would show your score and criterias met...
