Folks, what if I put non accompanying, can she apply for express entry later down and include me as being a PR or we would have to go through sponsorship application for 17 months?

Guys, if I get my PR without spouse accompanying..and if I have to sponsor her.does she get PR immediately after my 'sponsorship' was approved??
