EE profile issue

Hello Guys,

I made some changes in my EE profile and after that I saved the profile. Usually it takes 2 to 3 min to reflect the updated profile. This time it is almost 24 hr but Check status message button is not appearing.

Anyone has any idea about this type of issue.
