I want to know why my Profile Ineligible status is returned

My details:
Masters degree in Computers
IELTS Score : 7- Speaking , 7 Listening , 6.6- Writing and 6- reading
Age: 36 years
Relevant Exp: >10 years
Amount that i can take > 36000
No of persons : My wife and my child
My Wife : B-Tech
My Wife Relevant Exp: >7 years
IELTS : Wife didnot attempt it
Point valuation says: 68 points

Probable reasons that i think:
1. My Academic is not Assessed : Is it mandatory ( My academic was not in Canada)
2. Wife didnot attempt IELTS

Please suggest.

hi guys,

how come, in the come to canada tool, it says i'm eligible. but when i submitted my EE profile, it says i'm ineligible.

it says the reasons might be

• not having a valid language test
• language test results that are more than two years old
• a language test score that is too low
• not having enough relevant work experience
• not having the required education level
• not having enough funds

i do have a valid language test and is not more than 2 years old
my scores are not low
i have the work experience, but not in canada
i have enough funds

for education, i dont have an ECA yet, but my NOC is skill level B, i believe ECA is not required.

thanks

Hi Guys my profile was made ineligible because of a bug in the express entry application.

I had PT from ontario. Who can I contact to fix this?

The ECA is mandatory to people who did not graduate on a Canadian university.

You need to request an ECA.

I'd recommend you start a brand new application.
I had something similar happen to me, I just restarted the application and it went through.

Just like imgoingtocanada, you need an ECA if you did not graduate in Canada.

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I don't understand why I am appearing as ineligible.

I am currently working in Canada (so stable income right there)
28 years old
Single/Never Married
1 year work exp in NOC 1123
CLB 10 in all aspects (took the IELTS exam)
ECAS through WES says I have a bachelor's degree
I have an uncle living here/
I don't have a job offer but surely this is optional, right?

A rough calculation says I have an FSW score of 72/100.

Any idea as to why I keep getting profiled as ineligible in the Express Entry program?

I had this exact same problem. I had to change my NOC number after an immigration officer from OINP asked me to, but that's only it. Everything is correct in my application, otherwise I wouldn't be elibigible (and I wouldn't have received the PT from Ontario). This bug affected my profile in EE, saying I am ineligible.

What did you do to solve it and continue with your application to Ontario? I am worried.

Hi summitseries, a little confused by your profile; you say you are working in Canada (and have stable income) but do not have a job offer.

Did you not have to accept a 'job offer' letter to start working?

Hello guys,

Does anybody have an idea why the "eligibility tool for express entry" says I'm not eligible despite having;

1. at least 12 months continuous full-time job (45 hours/week)

2. IELTS *S-7.5, W-7, L-8, R-7

3. NOC A- Bsc equivalent (WES)

4. age-28

5. single applicant

6. fund option between $11200-14000

7. self EE calculation- 407, FSW- 70/100

In addition, it says I was eligible in the past but my EE profile (5 times) was never eligible.

thanks

It is possible you clicked on some question a wrong answer by mistake. Re check your noc as well.

First time I did the test to check eligibility it said ineligible .. i had misunderstood the education questions.

Check the following:

1) Unless you have an LMIA supported job click on 'No Valid Job Offer'
2) check correct reference number for language test
3) Check correct reference number for ECA results
4)

These are not included in the eligibility tool. It becomes available to enter after you make a profile.. non relevant at all at pre-testing for eligibility.

Thank you. I believe this response is for me. More so, do I not need the eligibility reference code to start my profile?

When you start your EEprofile the system refers you to the eligibility test

thank you....if I include my current academic program (masters), can it be regarded as a second degree?
