Why does the EE through PNP takes 148 days average whereas the FSW takes only 98?

The only thing I can venture to guess in explaining it, is that maybe there is some kind of consultation/verification with the nominating province to confirm the authenticity of/reasoning behind the nomination, and this all takes time???? Of course, that also wouldn't explain the differences in processing time that appear between non-PNP CEC and FSW...it's all a mystery...

Is the statistical data collated by the calculator still accurate? Or has processing time increased?
