EE BC PNP question

Hey guys, I have submitted my application a few weeks ago for PNP through Skilled Worker stream. So far
Application says “applied.” My question is, will this process take 2-3 months before I will be able to start my employment? Or will I be given a temporary work permit while PNP process my application?

I submitted bcpnp on 16th May, still in "applied". what's your timeline? They work very slow this moment..

just wait, the status should change to ''in process'' and they start reviewing your case....

Is the process two-fold? Will PNP provide me with a temp work visa or do I have to wait 2-3 months for them to decide? I don’t want to lose my job offer
