Education Must Match Work Experience

Hi Experts

I have done B.com Regular then i have around 6 year of IT experience(Software development), so my question is am i eligible for canada PR?

I have also done GNIIT(software engineering) diploma and MCA(Distance learning from SMU india).


i want to apply for NOC 2173 Software engineers and designers

Please share your thought and experience regarding the same.

Education and Work experience need not always be related except for a few occupations. You can certainly gain CRS points for educational qualifications and experience even though they are unrelated.

Hi guys I have the same case. My work experience is not totally related to my university degree and hence I am finding it difficult now to find which province I can apply to.

So far, only SINP explicitly mentions that work experience should be in your line of education and sure enough they confirmed when I contacted them through mail. I have pasted their reply.
