education for a visitor child

We have applied PR for our daughter and she is ready to go to school next academic year, now she is here on her visitor visa. Is she eligible to go to public school here, we are located in peel region..

Normally visitors can't study without a permit and paying fees.

However since one or both of the child's parents are PRs/citizens - you should be able to find a school that is willing to take her as if she was already a PR. You should go and speak with the school you wish to have her attend (don't talk to the school board - talk to the school itself). Explain the situation and that she should have PR status soon.
