Education around Calgary

Hello out there.

I'm 20, Danish citizen currently residenting in the UK.
Just finished my 2nd year in beauty therapy, National Vocational Qualification (NVQ level 1 and 2)
i want to build it up, and looking around for colleges/institutions around the Calgary area.
just thought if i had to be accepted by a college, do i need a grd. 12 highschool qualification? as i haven't got that.. just went straight
to college and then i got highschool grades from denmark up til 11th grade.

Yes, u do, most colleges or vocational colleges do require Grade 12, however, if u do not have grade 12, and u are an adult student, u may qualify for the grade 12 upgrading offered at many of these colleges and then take 1 or 2 semsters for the courses that is required for the program that u plan to enter for the colleges and u are then set for application for admissions. U will need to check around for these colleges, some of these include SAIT, Mount Royal Uni in the calgary area.
