Just wanted to ask did u receive ur letter for oath ceremony? Coz my ecas status updated for 21 Oct oath ceremony but haven't recieved any letter from cic. Thanks

Possibly its on the way, however call Call Center agents and inform them about non receipt of letter. CIC mails are just unreliable and you cannot afford to take a chance on this.
