I got test and interview on 28 February and on interview I give her my police certificate from Pakistan. She said she don’t need but then said ok I put in file we might later need.
As soon as I left office they send me letter asking same police certificate Again . What the hack

I have sent email fax and letter saying please check my file it’s there and let me know for further step nothing heared .
Hanging between what to do but very positive it’s in ny file and they ask with out looking it in file .

It is really strange...Why edmonton office is taking long time even after DM ( nothing is pending).

Exactly, At the same time look at Calgary. They have bunch of ceremonies while Edmonton office is in winter sleep mode I thought Edmonton is Capital of Alberta but seems not..........

That is bad.
Did they send you email, or physical mail?

I think they are doing this deliberately. The other time people had issues with Mississauga office and they complained. The same can be done with Edmonton office. This unwarranted delays, RQs and Finger print requests are ridiculous.

Call/email the MPS and say there needs to be faster DM at edmonton office. It is taking so loooong after test for many.

Hello folks.
Today I had my knowledge test and I passed it. It was very easy exam, but I encourage to everyone please ready the book at least twice. There were more than 40 people appeared today for the exam. Looks like Edmonton office is going to get really busy in the next following months.

Visa officer was very nice and polite. But my interview was little bit longer. Mostly my questions were based on my in and out enteries in Canada. Bcz I have lot of travelling history. They even asked me about my family, work, house and many more questions.

At the end I am told they will review my file and will let me know if they need any additional documents.
