I have hear that PR card has arrived around 4 months after CoPr.

Can vary between a few weeks up a few months.

My partners eCOPR was July 31st and PR card was mailed November 4th according to GC Key. I would think it should arrive this week. No issues with PR photo or anything, it was just a long slow wait lol
