no dear, you are in MI-1( pre-june 2010) applicant, because your NOC is no longer in demand.

You are right Hitesh!!!
Here(pls read below) is some consolation!!!

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/advantage-and-disadvantage-of-new-demand-list-t45702.0.html

Most of the people qualify under NOC related to account (NOC:0111/1111), teaching(NOC:4131/4121) and computer(NOC:0213). But all the related NOC are removed from Demand list.

No one can be applying in this NOC's in future.

Those candidate who was on waiting list and think to apply in next 3 months, this news was very disappoint them, they will not eligible to apply.

This news is good for those who has already applied in this NOC's. They will get the fast process by Immigration officer to remove back logs.

Yes you are an MI2 applicant :)

u r a MI1 applicant if ur application was submitted between 28 feb 2008 to 25 june 2010
u r a MI2 applicant if ur application was submitted between 26 june 2010 to 30 june 2011
u r a MI3 applicant if ur application was submitted between 1st July 2011 to 30 june 2012

We applied FSW1 in November 25th 2011.

We got the PER at the start of February, but the ecas just says "In process" and "We received your application on 25th November" :(

A couple of days ago our home address appeared on the ecas. Does this mean anything?

latest E-cas status

Address re-appeared with the same In-Process status

We received your application for permanent residence on April 12, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 2, 2012 to ***(My residential address @ hyderbad )***. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 26, 2012.

Haven't recvd any email or mail from them so far, is it wise to send them a CSI knowing i would get back the same old automated response...

Dear Babbu, Jaggy> Thank you for your replies...I have a few more questions(if these questions have been already answered, pls point me to those threads)...pls share me your advice/suggestions...
1. I have a travel history of atleast 6 countries and atleast 24 visits(not counting 'transits') in total; my wife has a similar travel history. But all visits of ours are either business/tourist visits(not exceeding 15 days per trip) not on 'work-visa'. I understand that only when one stays(or has been working with a work visa) in a foreign country for a longer period of time(unlike 15 days) would likely to get the processing/back-ground checking delayed...is my understanding correct?
2. My NOC is 0213(no longer listed) would that cause any delay to the existing processing?
3. When I check 'processing times'(at CIC website)...I see '18' months(based on Complete Package) for 'New Delhi'(Applications received BETWEEN November 28, 2008 and June 25, 2010)...I have 2 questions...
a. My complete package was sent to NDVO on Jan 2011 and AOR received on Jan 2011; so for my case, the processing time is not listed yet? Am I correct?
b. Is the processing-time(18 months for NDVO) initiated after the final/complete application is submitted OR from the time the ECAS status changes to 'In-process: we have started processing application from <<month & year>>'?

Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Jerry
