PR Card Renewal.
Upto a few days back the ECAS status was showing:
"We received you application on Jan___2015
We began processing your application on Mar___2015
IN PROCESS"
But, for the last day or two, there's nothing on the ECAS. All it says is:
"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided........"
Anybody seen anything like this happen, please share.
