Ecas (In progress), since passing the citizenship test on March 13th 2018

I passed my test on July 11th-2018 (Scarborough office) CO said wait for Oath Letter and no DM as yet..called the call centre and they said its in verification although that does not make sense because in April they asked for Finger Prints and those were sent and done....Whats the verification again for? Thanks in advance for your feed back
Hi, I did my test on November 5th 2018, 13 month ago and I am still waiting for the ceremony date , I cannot see my application online even, I am so worried if that mean rejected . My. Spanish passport and PR burned down on a house fire that we had in January . I am struggling right now I don’t know what to do . Thanks
