ECA of bachelor's degree

Hi Experts,
I am new to this forum and have some doubt regarding my Post graduation.
I had completed my B.tech and worked 3 years as software engineer after that.
Then i completed my Post graduation in HR(1Year) and from last 2 years working as Human resource professional.
I will be applying in 1121 (HR professsional NOC) but my post graduation college is not approved by WES because i had received only bachelor's degree ECA (BY WES))

My question is can i apply for HR professional because my postgraduation is not approved by WES ? And currently i am working as HR professional.

You can, so long as HR positions don't require particular certifications. For instance, my bachelor's degree was in Opera Performance. I then took one year of a 2-year MBA course, planning for some kind of managerial/administrative position in an arts organization. I moved before I could finish the degree, however. I now work as a literary agent in the film industry, and that is what my NOC is for. It isn't a problem that I have an opera degree.

So long as you have 1 year experience in HR, it doesn't matter that your degree is in tech.

Going forward with application , they will not reject saying your NOC is HR proffesional(currently working) but you completed Technology course (Because my MBA is not approved by ECA) ?
