ECA institution selection

Hello!
i am a gracuate of electrical engineerung from CASE UNIVERSITY islamabad which is an affiliated institute of U.E.T taxila.
U.E.T tacila is in list of all ECA institutions but my uni name is not in list so where shoyld i do my ECA.

Your degree and transcripts were from U.E.T or Case university?
If it is U.E.T and they can directly send your transcripts and degree to WES, then mention U.E.T.
