ECA for spouse to work in canada

Hi,
My husband is planning to apply for pr. Should I get my ECA done? If no, what degree should he choose for me? If I don't get my ECA done, can I still work in canada. Kindly help us in clarification for the same.

You should apply for ECA if your husband wants to claim points for your education in his PR application.

No - you don't need to get ECA done to work in Canada once you are a PR.
