Hi all,
I got a BS in Software Engineering from Secretaria de Educacion Publica (SEP) in Mexico, through an official program (Agreement 286) that assesses knowledge acquired by professional experience in the field. As a result, I got my Bachelor Degree just as regular students do after graduating.
I wonder if this would qualify for an ECA (with WES) even though there's no University (other than the SEP, which is the federal authority on top of universities) and that there were no "official years of study" due the nature of my qualification.
Has someone done something similar already?
