The guidelines are different for different institutions. Once you make payment on WES site, you will get an email with a checklist which states what all documents needs to be sent and how. The email comes with the subject 'WES - Application Received (Automatic E-mail, Please do not reply) - Reference # (XXXXXX)'.

WES does not charge by the number of degrees that you get assessed by them. So it would be advisable to send them all the degrees/diplomas that you have from Bachelors onwards (though the requirement is to get only your highest foreign degree assessed). For example, if you have a Bachelors plus Masters and WES assesses it as Masters, then you get more points and in the worst case, if they accept your Bachelors and treat your Masters as a diploma, you can still select 'two or more degree where one is at least 3 years or more'. This will give you more points when compared to just getting your Bachelors or diploma assessed individually.

You can follow these steps for the same
1. Get the sealed envelope which has the transcripts from each university (do not open it). Ensure that the reference number is written on each envelope and also ensure that the requirements mentioned in the email that you received from WES are also met.
2. Take copies of your degree certificate (master and bachelor)
3. Keep the documents mentioned in the above points in another envelope (master envelope) and send it to WES for evaluation. Ensure that the reference number is written on this envelope and also ensure that the requirements mentioned in the email that you received from WES are also met.

Thanks for your kindly update but how could I sealed the master envelope or just we have to write reference number on it and WES address and send it to WES ??

You do not have to get the master envelope sealed by the college/university. Yes, you should send all documents enclosed in it (by courier/post) with the reference number clearly mentioned on the front.

Thanks for your quick reply. so we need to put just photocopies of our degree with the transcript's sealed envelope in one master envelope. right ?? and after that mention reference number on the front and just address of the wes. right ?? Is it needed to write our name and address on the master envelope ?? And which is the best courier service to send the ECA from Ahmedabad, India ??

Yes, you can write your address on the envelope (as a return address, just in case). You can use DHL.
