Easiest way to get Canadian Visa

Hi
I live in Montreal having PR status, a house wife, my husband works. I wanna call my mother here to canada. She is retired government servant, Pension Holder, Owns a house. Plz let me know what shall be the easiest and quickest way to call my mother?

Are you holding Canadian PR or Quebec PR?

Super Visa is easiest way....visa will be issued withing 1 - 2 months depends upon medical examination

If you holding Qubec PR ..Pls check whether u can sponsor ur parents for Super Visa as certain documents need to be submitted from your side.

Details:

CIC is not accepting PR Applications for Parents for 24 months(from nov 2011)

if ur in canada then u can apply for SUPER VISA for ur parents.

Super Visa is valid for 10 years..and on entry...2 years stay is permitted.

You must have a job to qualify to sponsor. Unfortunately bank deposits are not accepted.

Income source is what they see mostly....u can apply even if you dont have job and...if u have good bank balance.....n proof for from where you got the money.....but u just cant say that u never worked or did any business..

But tax returns need to be submitted

chances are bright....she is old as well she has income source.

pension is a income source as also u can show rental as income source if she gets any.

even these documents are not required if u sponsor her...for the stay...by showing your income/bank balance/tax returns

super visa is advisable if u can afford...i mean insurance

or else visit visa....by submitting her and your documents as well.

the diff between visit and super visa is stay period....visit it 6 month stay is allowed....for super visa 2 years on each visit till 10 years.

Thanks alot Canadestin for detail reply. As u said, i think super visa is the right option. Plz guide me where i should start from. I mean what is the starting point of applying for super visa. It shall be great if you let me know about a good lawyer in montreal who can help me preparing all the docs so that visa is not rejected. Thanx
