Hey guys! I am resubmitting my PR application because the first one was rejected for being incomplete. In my new PR application do I need to contact the clinic to resubmit my medical results? I know that I can resubmit my e-report because it lasts for a year and I did my examination 4.5 months ago which is fine. But do I need to ask the clinic to resubmit anything from their side?

No you don’t have to ask clinic to resubmit. Just upload the same sheet when submitting your application again . Medical is good for one year. Make sure you check the date on the sheet.
