We should order new gcms if no future updates in a couple of weeks.

I'm in same boat as you & Mary.
Let's be in touch to keep sharing updates about our Eligibility Review.

Received first GCMS notes about a month ago,.
Even my case is stuck in "Eligibility review" for more than 2 months due to job roles & responsibility not specified on official letterhead by one of the employer. We then uploaded a new reference letter through CSE webform about 4 weeks ago & got a confirmation yesterday that they received it.

Yet to see some movement. I've ordered second set of GCMS notes which are expected to be delivered by Aug 20th.
I really hope they review new documents soon enough to give us a go-ahead with Eligibility.

AOR: April 01, CEC Inland, Medical: Passed, R10: Ok, BG: IP1 (I suppose)

Atleast you know why the red flag is but I have no clue and so I cannot do anything but wait. They even mentioned outstanding doc (not requested) I even provided them NOA and paystubs. I have 2 more employers too for which I gave everything..

Same here, we had provided pay stubs, offer letters, promotion letters, tax returns along with notarized affidavit mentioning roles & responsibilities for that piece of work experience.

Still analyst only credited for 1 year out 3 years, which brought my CRS down as per initial remark..
Eventually, we reached out to our ex-employer & it took a lot of convincing to get a new letter issued as per CIC's expectation.

Now my only wish is they consider it & give a decision soon enough.

I even got chances to reject ita as new poi ts were lower but my lawyer was so dumb. We put application 2 months after n ita score fell very low that time

Hello, based on your info, they can still reject our job experience or part of it after 5 months?
I thought after 5 months, we all are safe and the possibility of rejection is almost zero!

Well, not exactly. I don't expect it to be a straight forward refusal without asking for an explanation or ADR at least.
But, it really depends on case to case basis.

Seniors can share their experience too!!!
