Yes, I believe VO's are busy reveiwing the M1 files and once they finish their planned task of reveiwing all M1 files by June, then they would further process the IN PROCESS files as per their seniority and that process could take up to a year.By that time all M1 files would have completed 2 - 3 years or more and they dont want you to flood them with Case sepcific enquiries. ( coz by that all M1 files would have completed 2 years or more) Hence they would let you know now whether you are IN or OUT for further processing and would advice you to keep your communication to minimum for the next 6-12 months.

Mallu,

Please share you NOC and your 2nd AOR date.

Your hopes seems so high atleast for now..coz the VO had intimated many that they anticipate to finish the ELIGIBILITY REVEIW of M1 files by June 2012..The processing of these files will again may take 6 to 12 months. It seems that they have started Revewing Pre June files, coz many has started getting letter from VO stating they are eligble for processing and would have to wait for another 6 to 12 months for the further processing.

So now you know when to expect...

my noc is 0631, and i have received only 1 AOR which was dated oct 20th 2010. i sent them all the required documents with the application to london including pcc, ielts and bank statement.

Mallu,

Once you submit the additional documents the VO will send a 2nd AOR after a preliminary check of the submitted documents.

As per general timeline observed.. I think if you had sent in you proper documents with in 120 days of the first AOR, then you should have received the 2nd AOR latest by June/July 2011.

Dont worry, May be the letter is lost in the post or in your email spam folder. Please check thorughly and prompt your consultant if you have one.

When and how did you sent these additional documents.Pllease check with your courier company for the acknowledgement from the London VO for the receipt of your documents.

Did you try sending a Case specific enquiry to the VO.
Do you have a consultant? if so what is his take on this.

Anyway dont delay more write a case specific enquiry to the VO ASAP.

Nadeem,

Client ID Number / Unique Client Identifier

You will find this number, also referred to as a "Unique Client Identifier", on official documents issued to you from a Citizenship and Immigration Canada office, Case Processing Centre or visa office where you submitted your application. Your Client ID Number/Unique Client Identifier has four (4) numbers, a hyphen (-), and four (4) more numbers. (Example: 0000-0000).
Sometime there wont be a hyphen.

You dont need anymore AOR's..You are already on the Highway to Canada.

As for the New forms..that is just a way for VO to be updated of your current Status..It is a general process.

As of July 18, 2011, applicants for Permanent Residence are requested to use the new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008).
The older form will also be accepted, but only till March 31, 2012.
