What is RPRF?

Dear Quorax, Biju and senior members,

I am pre june 2010 and e-case is RBVO.

We have couriered our updated documents like visa page and some other documents to our consultant in Canada. He has sent our updated documents through e-mail to CHC London. He told us that at this stage it is ok if our documents are updated though e-mail to CHC London.

Can anyone tell me as to, how will I know, if, CHC London has received my updated documents? Is there any way to find out?

We have requested our Consultant to courier our updated documents to CHC London and he said he will do so.

RPRF = Right of Permanent Residence Fee

Qorax, nice to see your reply. 40 days have already passed since LVO says they sent the letter on 20 December. That means we just have 15 days to do the medicals and PCC? I had lived in the UK for an year, and from what I heard it takes minimum 30 days to get PCC from the UK

What do we do now?

Our consultant is g links. They have been missing our letters from the beginning.we Should have bought a po box and managed our mailbox ourselves, but it's too late now.

Pls suggest something

Ask ur IO to send u another set of med forms, direct@ur address. Explain that LINKS misplaced it, if they had recd it.

Your consultant is right In sending by e-mail and VOs generally does not acknowledge the receipt of updated visa pages but they just update their records.
