Qorax/SatDXB/Biju/All seniors,

Sirs, Need your help in my case.

I am from India. I applied in NOC 0213 in May 2010 and received the first AOR on 30th Sep 2010. Submitted teh full doc sin mid Jan 2011 and also got the 2nd AOR in end of JAN 2011. But after that no update from NDVO.
E-Cas status is also showing RBVO from last 6-8 months. please guide or suggest me when I can expect my medicals and PPR request or updates in my file.

It's already 18 months since the day I applied in May 2010.

Please give your valuable advices/suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Hi Sumit,

I am too, on the same boat. But... My application is filed at London CHC

I believe imm. files at New Delhi CHC are processed much faster than London CHC.

Currently we have no clue on what basis, they have planned to clear the old backlog's

Just hoping for the Best

Good Luck to all

Regards,
VINK

Hello all,

See u tomorrow all u seniors and new members..hope to be a good informative meeting....!!!

regards,

dear friend
i filed my application for NOC 3113 (dentist) was recieved by CIC on August 25, 2011. despite all the care and effort i put in completing my application i feel that i have made a few mistakes such as:

1. didnt provide information for a few months in between school and college admission in my personal history.
2. forgot to write 'to date' in the current job period of my spouse
3. provided all the detail of proof of my relation in Canada but didnt mention that he is my maternal uncle.
4. though my job experience is of 4 years and 9 months full time but the working hours every week has been 36. while CIC says that they consider a full working week of atleast 37.5 hours.

i am afraid that my application might be returned on one of the following missing information.
now the question is that i have another set of application ready for sending. but i fear that if i wait to long for AOR or even worse NER the Cap for 3113 will be filled which is currently at 146. i want to know that should i send the new application or should i keep on waiting for AOR or NER. as u r a senior memeber i am really looking for ur advise in this matter. Regards. Ovais

you will have meet up tom oct 7,2011 ....

hope u ALL have FUN!!!

i wish to meet Qorax too...

we will be there too:P ( in our thoughts)

hi buddy

u can send in the new set with a covering letter but since u have not received any Ref number we cant be sure CIO will be able to attach the new one with the old set. but there is no harm in sending Immdtly

Caps for NOC 3113 to reach 500 will be bit slow same like last year - so no cause for worries.

now No 1. didnt provide information for a few months in between school and college admission in my personal history.

u mean the few months b4 the college admission?? thts fine

2. forgot to write 'to date' in the current job period of my spouse

thts a mistake , but OK

3. provided all the detail of proof of my relation in Canada but didnt mention that he is my maternal uncle.

this is a mistake. but how u put the detail proof of relation ?? with family tree?? if so it will be ok.

4. though my job experience is of 4 years and 9 months full time but the working hours every week has been 36. while CIC says that they consider a full working week of atleast 37.5 hours.

that CIO will consider

hi buddy

No probs meet u in our Dream land :D :D

It was a truly fruitful meeting. Captin has a clear mind and knows how to give a nutshell for many diverse topics in concise time. Biju planned the meeting very well. Satdxb and many other seniors explained many ambagious subjects in a forthright manner. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with many new and old members. It was a great gathering; thx everybody.

Dear friends

Informal conversation is probably the oldest mechanism by which opinions on products and brands are developed, expressed, and spread.

The successful networkers I know, the ones receiving tons of referrals and feeling truly happy about themselves, continually put the other person's needs ahead of their own. Today I had the honour to meet some of them Capt - Biju - SATDubai - Bharat Bhai [/font] - Soby ... to name a few ....

It's all about people. It's about networking and being nice to people and not burning any bridges but building them.....

TODAY.... We set out to build..... !!

Call it a clan, call it a network, call it a tribe, call it a family: Whatever you call it, whoever you are, you need one...

Thank you today was a really good day !!

Hi seniors who got medical request recently.

Please let me know how the family medical forms are dispatched to you. Each family member gets his forms in a separate envelop or the forms of all the members in one envelop.

I have one son currently away from the rest of the family. He is studying in Canada.

My concern that only the designated doctor can open the envelop and in this case my son can not leave his collage and come to our country to make his medical check here.

Please share your experience and advise me what to do.

Best Regards
