once i take PCC from BLS international i also have to take PCC from dubai police as well right since am working in dubai for 6yrs.how do we go about that.

No need to visit india. Go to indian consulate or BLS international and they will give u PCC

Yes, its valid PCC quoting ur passport no also

The replies above are right. BLS international will sort out things for you in India. When we had done it there was also a stamp on the passport saying PCC issued.
For PCC from Dubai you can go to any of the big police stations and do it there ( I know of the police station at Ghusais near the CID and the one at Port Rashid in Satwa). You need to fill the form in advance and you will have to get finger printed the first time and you can colect the form in 3-4 days

What is the average turn around time for passports submitted at the London Visa Office? The PPR says not to make inquiries until after six weeks of the receipt of the passports at the visa office. Is it going to take that long ?
