I'm really impressed of your advice's, you've been helping people,i have been following your thread every time i am free and your opinion are precise and well appreciated.

Actually i need your help in applying for immigration to Canada under FSW. As i have decided to do it myself reading this forum just want to give u a brief about my background. My husband is the principle applicant and he has done his bachelors of engineering in telecommunication and working in Dubai from past 10yrs and is going to write IELTS inshallah soon. I have done my MBA(HR) and presently i am a housewife.we have 2 kids one is 4 yrs old and another 1 yr old. i have checked cic site and this forum regarding the application procedure and have few questions in my mind which i hope you will answer ASAP as i want to apply soon. i want to know what exactly we have to show with the application form initially? i mean what all documents do we need initially with the filled application? and how do we get it approved? what is the address of cic London where we have to send this? i am having my relative in Toronto who is going to help me with the relevant reference letters . And one more imp question is that my husband is not having his birth certificate as in India they take birth certificate in school and now he is having his 10th certificate for the proof. Is it enough or is there any alternative to get a new birth certificate here in Dubai?? and alternatively should i opt for any legal consultants like carter or nasc?

Friends,is there any gap that needs to be maintained after the exit of a person with canada visitor visa before applying for another visitor visa?The reason I ask is,my mother is on visitor visa till June 15th.I would like to know after she exits on 15th to India can I again file for another visitor visa August for her?Or do I need to maintain a certain gap?

First of all you should go to www.cic.gc.ca and go through the new application procedure and check the current NOC list about your husband work category, after that you should go to the new application and down load the check list and see what documents and which forums requires you to fill and apply to CIC London .

There are many steps you should start from what I mentioned above !

Do not rush and study slowly with full understanding through cic site.

If your husband is main applicant he should have his all educational, experience certificates along your same documents ready to start with !

Remember you people also need police clearance certificates at the time of application or at later stage ready to be submitted (check the new application requirements).

Your husband also score high points in English language through IELTS test which is mandatory.

Hi fatima20,

All your education degrees and certificates needs to be notarized. No need to send to canada for approval.

Along with the application, you need to attached notarized copy of education certificates. It is mention on CIC website.

Suggest you to not to go to any consultant (premiers or wwics,etc)

Just wait a while for the new ministrial Instructions since they have stopped taking applications till 4th May 2013, In the mean while u/PA can write IELTS,Collect all Educational and Job Reference Docs., U need PCC for your Home land as well As Dubai and of any other country if u have lived more than 6 months there Plus with the new Instructions u need to have PA's credential assessments Report for which Immigration Deptt. has not listed the approved agencies.
