To Qorax and all senior who have done the landing procedure, pls advise when can we go back to dubai after landing in Canada? My cuz inform me we need to stay in Canada for 2 yrs before we can go out. Is this true? please advise.

U can leave imdtly. However, to maintain ur PR status u need to reside here [cumulatively] for 730 days out of the last 5 yrs. U don't need to do it in one-go, neither u need to stay for the 730-days from day-1 of landing.

Qorax, is the canadian pr card like the american green card,that u have to visit canada every year or else it gets expired.

Medicals sent on 12th Sept
when can i expect the PR stamp
Visa office is NDVO

I have been a silent member on this forum since I applied for the Canadian FSW programme in April 2010 . I consider myself lucky since this forum has prepared some many immigrants , hopefully for the best and the worst about what one can expect in Canada. Like they say that awareness is already half the battle won.
I just needed your opinion on my current E-cas comments which reads "In process" .

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on August 3, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

We transferred your application to the London England office on August 11, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 28, 2012.
