On receiving Passport request for 'PR VISA' stamping (COPR), can principal applicant's passport be sent in 1st lot, and other family members's passports sent in 2nd lot.

As other family members are travelling.

Not possible and this condition must be mentioned on the received COPR that you and all family members in your application must submit the Passports before such and such date to the Visa Office.
They can travel after your landing, though but Visas must be stamped together.

HI....Ask for proof of delivery, if they dnt, then ask when the application was delivered.
Email CIO mentioning your name/passport number/DOB/Country of Birth and ask for status....if they reply that they cnt find your application, then take this email copy along with all the letters of your communication with consultant and log a complaint with Consumer Protection...
I got my money refunded in the same way... All the Best

This means that your file has already been transferred to London. This also means that you have passed the eligibility test. Your file number proves that you have a PER.

Your application is very much filed.

You can check your ECAS status online here using your UCI# or Application#: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en&_ga=1.182010724.2107300837.1415883722

There is no point contacting LVO at this moment. You will receive an AOR from LVO (can't comment on the timelines) and/or there will be a second line update on your ECAS (URL provided above) which will be followed by a Medical request for you and your family (if applicable) after successful background check.

You can use Aramex to courier it if you are in UAE. There is no need to go through VFS.

If your application includes dependents - you MUST submit all the passports together.

However, in such case the Principal applicant can land without the dependents, as long as the dependents land within the landing time-frame specified in their VISA.

Dear All,

One of my very close friend who is also trying for migration was requested by Abu Dhabi VO to
submit medicals & submit police clearance certificates.

He finished his medical last month and it appears in the online system that medicals have been
received and submitted the police clearance paper work on 11/01/2015 as well.

I assume since online system shows that medicals have been received that means all is clear
for the medical part and it is updated in their system as well?

After submission of above documents and clearing the medicals how long does it take for VO to
ask candidate to submit their passports for stamping of visas or there are some more procedures
to finish before VO asks for submitting the visas for stamping of PR?

Appreciate if anyone help and assist with this request.

Thanks for the reply and note that VO requested to undergo for medicals and medicals
were done at Zahra Hospital, Sharjah and since Zahra hospital has online system they
were uploaded automatically.

He has applied under Quebec Investor program just like me as his file is one year ahead
of me. Hence Abu Dhabi is the VO office asking for all the balance documents.

Please advise!!!

My advice .... it is not viable to take stuff to Canada as general stuff is not very expensive there. Also, Electronics/electrical items used in the Gulf could not be used because of voltage difference.
