Hello guys, i just passed my driving license in quebec. I got a job offer in new york. I will work under TN status. My question is, Am i allowed to used my driving license in new york or can i exchange it? I dont want to take driving exam again.

No, that is only if the OP was in the US on a visit. If the OP is moving to the US and will claim residency there, they will need to exchange their driver's license for one of that state.

OP, here's a link to the New York DMV. Like most states, you can just exchange it for a new one under certain conditions. The process is pretty easy, you just fill out a form in person, take a photograph, and surrender your old license. I say surrender because you literally hand it to them.
