I recently got my PR. I've been in Canada for 8 months now. I went back to my home country for a month recently too. I want to exchange my licence to a BC one but the process will take months (I need to apply via paper and get a hard copy of my license history sent back to Canada from Australia) or else I have to go back on my Learner's after over 10 years of driving experience.
Does my leaving Canada for a month reset my 90 days period?

Oh yes I don't fancy starting over again as a Learner, that was stressful enough 20 years ago haha! I'll just have to wait until I get that hard copy letter back. I already applied online but they emailed me the letter, not posted the hard copy. I took the email print out to ICBC and they said nope :( Thanks for the advice/info.
