I'm current working in Canada(on a work permit) and my wife resides in the US. We have a car in the US that we want to keep and we are trying to export/import the car to Canada. Can she drive from the States and go through customs on her valid Canadian Visitor visa? We are guessing the officer would ask questions like: why are you importing your car if you are just visiting? We will apply for the spouse visa/work permit but would like to have the car in Canada sooner.
