does the immigration discriminate younger trv applicants??

28 years old denied for trv.i think i have all the necessary documents the immigration needs and yet they still refused my application.
do you think that regulation 179 is a little discriminatory?need you insights about this.thanks in advance.

No - regulation 179 is not discriminatory. It's based on what others have done in the past. In other words, too many young people have abused TRVs in the past by overstaying or not being genuine visitors. You are paying the price for their actions.

Can you provide any additional documentation that shows strong ties to your home country? It may be worthwhile to apply again.
