Does the 30 days deadline to submit passport applies to when I submit it to VFS or when it reaches IRCC?
VFS told me in an email that my passport is in transit from VFS Canada Visa Application Centre to the Canadian Embassy. When I track my passport on VFS website it shows that my passport has been dispatched to IRRC office.
So, Does the 30 days deadline to submit passport applies to when I submit it to VFS or when it reaches IRCC from VFS?

They need to receive your passports within 30 days of sending out the PPR.

"Your passport must be received by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada within 30 days from the date of this letter."

Yeah I know that I sent my passport to VFS after 10 days of receiving PPR but what I'm asking is that am I responsible for delays on VFS's end?

Raise an webform. They will extend the deadline to 90 days. No worries

Well I already submitted my passport to VFS. I don't think I need to raise a webform.
