Here's the situation, I'm about to marry someone in Canada. They are currently on the look for a job. I am living in the states with a job. I've looked all over...some places say they need to show employment history and have a job for at least the last year. other places say there is no requirement. I need someone to tell me who is for sure positive. if there is a requirement, is there anyway around this. I don't want to wait for a year.
