Hello there.
I am really confused right now. I asked my employer before If I can move out and he threatens us by saying he will not renew our working permit, but we have the right to move out. I have my working permit valid until next year and my papers are on the process right now. I'm done with my medical as well. Does he have any rights to withdraw his sponsoship just because I don't want stay anymore in the accommodation that he provided for us?

If you are under an employer sponsored stream of PNP - yes

If you are under a family stream - no

Is it really? That sucks. What If he withdraws it, what are my options?

I was thinking of just staying in the house but I don't want him to think that he won again. He's making money out of us basically because we're the one whose paying the mortgage for him. I am sick of his game of saying blah blah blah just to stay in that house.

if you're under employer stream, yes. if that is his game, you have no choice but to play with him until you get your papers. anyway, just a matter of sacrifice and patience, temporarily.
