Does it matter?

Hi,

I am applying under skilled, catagory 1, 38 occupation list.
Does it matter if I select any province in Canada (for instance Toronto or ottawa)? Or should I select special provinces
to have better chance?

You can select any province except Quebec.

It does not matter at all what you pick as long as you don't put Quebec. You are also not bound to go to the place you pick.
