Does " IMM0008ENU_2D Generic application form " includes dependants ??

Hello All,
I have one query

Does " IMM0008ENU_2D Generic application form " includes both principal applicant and dependants for FSW PR request ??

or do we need to submit any other separate form for dependants to apply for PR at same time with principal applicant ??

Dear Hari

The " IMM0008ENU_2D Generic application form" Can contain upto 5 dependents using the blue colored "Add Dependent" control on page 4 of 5 on the form. However, if the dependents exceed 5 then for the 6th dependent onward need to be added on the additional dependents form.
