Does full-time paid internship count as a full time work experience?

I have a question regarding to full time paid internship?

Does paid full time dental internship count as a full time work experience for Canada Express entry?

I have WES Evaluation ready showing completion year of my degree in 2014.
However, my internship year was 2013-2014.

Can I California points for my paid full time internship?

Please help.

As long as it was not in Canada under a Canadian study permit, it will count.

AFAIK, no internship paid or otherwise is counted in work experience.
It is unfortunate that we are misguiding our peers in the community, even if it is completely unintentional and the advise is in good faith.

Paid internships do count for foreign work experience, as long as your responsibilities match the NOC you've selected and the internship is full time (30+ hours a week).

Honestly, I'm confused too.
I have asked agent and got to know that paid internship does count but we have to be very careful with choosing an NOC code. However, I'm not sure at this moment.

If you are FSW, paid full-time internship will count, regardless of if you did it before or after graduating.

hello there experts, if someone has 3 months coop from Canada as a part of studies, and wants to club it with 9 months exp in canada

can he/she add it to get additional canadian exp points (not the qualifying work exp)?Please do guide.

I am facing the same situation u faced.
I am currently doing my internship year in dentistry. The graduation date and the end of the internship will be in the same year.
Do u know if this year would be added as a work experience and what NOC should i choose.

As long as it was not in Canada under a Canadian study permit, it will count.

Jes, if the internship was durign studies and not part of the study program (outside canada), would this be counted?
