ALL,
I will be moving to Canada in few weeks. I contacted the Canadian border security Agency and found that I no need to import the car if going to be there as temporarily in work permit. irrespective of importing the car in Canada , Do I need to export from U.S.A

My Situation is this, I am in h1B visa in U.S.A and visa expires in sep 2010. So I got the work permit by my company for 1 year. After one year I will come back to U.S.A.

Still do i need to export my Cars ?

Thanks

If you are moving to Canada permanently then you need to export the car. If you are just vising then you dont need to

Car can come to Canada as a visitor if the move here is not permanent.

Keep in mind you will need to keep the car insured from a US insurance company, so is probably good to inform them the car will be driven in Canada for an extended time.
