Hi I'm an international student here. My girlfriend would like to visit Canada for 1 week. She has been to US before but never been to Canada.
She was rejected 2 yrs ago for business visit for her company, mainly because VO thinks the company in Canada that invited her was not active in China, despite they have actual business contract.
Then she applied for personal visit as a tourist 1 year ago, but got refused again due to
1. Purpose of visit ( Main reason she wants to come to Canada is for tourism, rather than visiting me, because I travel back pretty frequently.)
2. Family ties in Canada and in the country of residence (She has all her family members in China.)
3. Travel history (at time of application, she's been to the U.S once and Japan)
Now, I'm preparing for her 3rd application. Do you guys think if we have higher chance of approval if I invite her as bf, or even we get legal married status then invite her? Or she will be refused on immigration tendency?
