Hi,

I'm currently working in Canada on a sponsored visa through my employer, and I'm looking into ways of applying for residency.

By the sounds of it, my employer is happy to back me for applying for PNP BC, but I have a few questions about the process.

If I apply and get accepted to the PNP, would I have to stay with my employer for the duration of the whole application, or just until I'm accepted onto the PNP part of the process?

Not that I'm thinking of leaving my job of course, just covering all bases! :)

depends on what category of PNP you apply to. Your best bet is to check BCPNP website. If category in which you are approved is employer-driven, then yes, you MUST stay with your employer until PR is granted.
