It effectively makes it impossible for any student to enter Canada with an approved study permit on 20th October when rules changed because of having no DLI covid ready list published. It's a farce.

I was about to travel today and hope my uni is on that list. God bless me I didn't do it lol

Well imagine you would have been at the airport expecting to have a list with your uni on it today.
But the list isn't published - so no one was really able to travel today.

Man I know everyone is nervous/excited but at this point there is no need in everyone throwing in “x is approved” and “y is not”...

Just received a letter via email from York University stating that they're on the list and that students signed up for the Winter 21 semester can now travel to Toronto (when/if Study Permit is issued).
