Man I know everyone is nervous/excited but at this point there is no need in everyone throwing in “x is approved” and “y is not”...

Come on people. Please read the thread, especially in the past 30 minutes, I have personally typed that the list will be posted here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/students.html

We’d like to update you on what the latest announcement from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) means for you.
The University of Winnipeg has an approved COVID-19 readiness plan allowing our students to make travel plans to come to Canada if they have a confirmed seat in their program. This is effective October 20, 2020.
Once you have confirmed your seat by both submitting your stage 2/final study permit approval and ensuring you have made the required tuition payments, you will be able to begin making plans to come to Canada "

Excellent news for Winnipeg students. Unfortunately IRCC hasnt published the list yet.
It effectively makes it impossible for any student to enter Canada with an approved study permit on 20th October when rules changed because of having no DLI covid ready list published. It's a farce.
